Refund Policy

Live sessions

  • Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session: 100% refund or free move.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund.
  • No-show without notice: no refund.
  • If we or your tutor cancel: 100% refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
  • Each booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times.

Proofreading and written feedback

  • Full refund if cancelled before an editor starts work.
  • If we miss the agreed turnaround, you get a refund of the express surcharge, or 25% of the order value for standard orders.
  • Not happy with the quality? Tell us within 7 days and we'll revise it free or refund up to 100% after review.

Plans and packages

  • Weekly plans can be cancelled any time; unused sessions in the current month remain available until the month ends.
  • Thesis packages: unused sessions are refunded pro rata, minus any work already delivered.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card or PayPal, or the regional method you used, such as M-Pesa, FPX, UPI or Pix) within 5-10 business days. Alternatively, you can take the refund as wallet credit with a 10% bonus.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the consumer law of the country where you live, including the 14-day cooling-off right under EU/UK consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Questions? Contact gradeboosteracademyy@gmail.com.
